If you publish a TikTok post using Auto Publish, Later might display the status Post Not Public or Deleted. This means Later can’t confirm that the post is publicly available on TikTok.
This article covers posts scheduled and published through Later Social. If a TikTok campaign deliverable is missing or shows Not Published, see Publish TikTok Content for Campaigns.
Why You’re Seeing This Status
The post might not be publicly available because:
- TikTok is still reviewing the post
- TikTok or someone with access to the account deleted the post
- The post’s privacy is set to Friends or Only you
Check Your TikTok Post
Open the post in the TikTok app to check its status and privacy settings.
If TikTok is reviewing the post, wait for the review to finish. Once the post is publicly available, Later should update its status automatically.
If the post was deleted, you’ll need to create and publish a new post. If its visibility is restricted, change the post’s privacy setting to Everyone.
