How Add-ons Work
If you’re on a Growth, Advanced, or Agency/Scale plan, and you signed up to Later through desktop, you can increase the number of users and Social Sets on your plan at any time. You can decrease them as well, so long as you don’t go below the base amount that your plan comes with.
The cost of add-ons is prorated, too! You'll only be charged for the time remaining on the current billing cycle, then the full add-on price for future cycles. And if you remove add-ons, you’ll only lose access to them at the end of your billing cycle.
If you want to decrease the number of users and Social Sets on your plan to below the base amount that your plan comes with, you can downgrade your plan instead. If you’re not going below the base amount—or if you’re looking to add more!—please proceed with the steps below.
Managing Your Plan Add-ons
Follow the steps below to manage your plan's add-ons:
- From app.later.com on desktop, go to Settings > Subscription
- Scroll down to your billing interval (it will say Monthly Billing or Yearly Billing) and click Change next to it:
- From the modal that pops up, use the + and - icons next to the Social Sets and Users sections to increase or decrease the amount in your plan:
- Your updated plan price will be displayed in the Payment Details sidebar on the right
- Click Update Plan
