The level of support you have access to depends on your Later plan. While all plans include the 24/7 convenience of articles in the Later Help Center, only paid plans include human support after the first 30 days. Here’s a breakdown of support that’s offered based on your current plan.

The Later Help Center
All of Later’s plans include 24/7 access to the Later Help Center. Here you’ll find articles on all things Later, including feature guides, troubleshooting, and frequently asked questions. The Help Center can be found at help.later.com or accessed from the help widget in Later on the web (In Later, click Help in the left-side menu to open the widget).
The Help Center is the fast and easy way to find answers when you need them. It’s up to date and new articles are added regularly!
In-App Email Support
Starter, Growth & Advanced plans get access to in-app email support. This can be done by clicking the Contact Us button in the help widget in Later on the web (In Later, click Help in the left-side menu to open the widget).
When using the help widget to reach out, you’ll be asked to add information to help us better understand and answer your question. Info that may help includes:
- Screenshots of any error messages or unfamiliar pages you encounter
- The affected social profile handles
- The steps to replicate the issue
- Any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried
Fill out the form and click Send. Once done, you’ll be sent an email confirming it’s been received. When a team member has reviewed your message, we’ll send our response directly to your email to continue the conversation there.
Live Chat Support
Advanced Plan users have access to live chat support with a member of the Later team.
Live chat is available from 5am to 7pm EST (10am to 12am GMT). During these times, when an agent is online, you’ll see the Live Chat button at the bottom of the help widget in Later on the web. You’ll be connected as soon as the next agent is available.
