Looking to combine Later accounts? This can be done by moving the social profiles from one Later account to another. This article will show you how.

How to Combine Accounts 

Combining Later accounts involves 2 steps: first removing social profiles and users from your current account, and then adding them to the new one.

Remove Social Profiles & Users From Current Account

1. Choose the Later account you want to manage all the social profiles on
   • We'll call this the destination Later account
2. Log into the account you won’t be using and navigate to its Social Sets & Access Groups settings
3. Select Edit next to the Access Group you want to remove a social profile from
4. Select Remove beside the social profile and then confirm the removal
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for all the social profiles you'd like to move

Optional Steps:

• If you have Users you’d like to transfer, you’ll need to remove them from this account as well
  • For details, see Add & Remove Users from Later
• Be sure to cancel any active plan on the old account if it’ll no longer be used

Add Social Profiles & Users to Destination Account

1. Ensure the plan on the destination account has room for additional profiles
   • For details, see Managing Later Plan Add-ons: Users & Social Sets
2. Log into the destination Later account and navigate to its Social Profiles & Access Groups settings
3. Find the Access Group you want to add your social profiles to
4. Select Edit
5. Select Add Social Profile and follow the prompts to add the social profile to the destination Later account
   
   Note: If you’re not able to transfer the profile successfully, see Transfer a Social Profile from Another Later Account.
6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for all the social profiles you'd like to add
