Overview
This article walks you through adjusting the number of users and Social Sets you pay for in your plan.
How Does Purchasing Add-ons Work?
If you’re on a Growth or Scale plan and signed up to Later through desktop, you can increase or decrease your users and Social Sets at any time, as long as you stay above your plan’s base amount.
When you add a Social Set or user as a paid add-on, the cost is prorated. This means you’re charged only for the time remaining in your current billing cycle, and the full add-on cost applies in future billing cycles.
Deleting a Social Set or user does not reduce your monthly fee. If you remove a paid Social Set or user add-on from your plan, you’ll continue to have access to it until the end of your current billing cycle, and the add-on won’t renew in future billing cycles. No refunds are issued for unused time.
To remove an additional add-on you've purchased, navigate to Settings > Manage Subscription in Later for desktop.
Add-ons for Social Set, user, and credit add-ons are not available for in-app purchases through Later’s iOS app. To purchase add-ons, sign up for Later on desktop via our pricing page or your existing account’s subscription page.
To reduce the number of users and Social Sets below your plan’s base amount, you’ll need to downgrade your plan.
