With the new creator experience in Later, you can access and manage all of your campaigns in one place. This includes campaigns you've applied to, along with those you've been invited to, accepted for, and/or are actively participating in.
Access Your Campaign Manager
You can access your campaign manager from the left sidebar by selecting Creator Home > Manage Campaigns.
You’ll be taken to your campaign manager and land on the Active Campaigns section by default. The campaign manager is organized into different sections (detailed below), which you can access from the sidebar.
Campaign Statuses
The campaign manager automatically organizes your campaigns into 4 sections: Active, Confirmation Required, Applied, and Archived. Within each section, you can filter the campaigns by brand using the dropdown at the top of the list. Each section is defined as follows:
Active
These are campaigns for which your application was approved and you confirmed your participation for.
Confirmation Required
These are campaigns that brands are interested in working with you on. To get started, you’ll need to confirm your participation. Once you’ve confirmed your participation, the campaign will automatically move to the Active Campaigns section. (Or, if you decline participating, it’ll be moved to Archived.)
Applied
These are campaigns to which you've applied, and are waiting for a response from the brand. If your application is approved, the campaign will automatically be moved to Confirmation Required; if it’s declined, it’ll be moved to Archived.
Archived
These are campaigns that are either no longer active, you declined to participate in, or for which your application or invitation was declined by the brand.
Campaign Details
Select Open Campaign next to a specific campaign to view more details about that campaign, including the following sections:
Campaign Card
The campaign card is an information box at the top containing information about the campaign at-a-glance, including its name, due date (if applicable), required deliverables, and required hashtags.
About This Campaign
This section contains the campaign’s brief from the brand, which includes information like the campaign’s concept, messaging, inspiration, and guidelines.
Affiliate Links
If your campaign includes affiliate links, they’ll be provided here. If you misplace your links, you can always copy them again from this section.
Draft Submissions and Review
If a brand has enabled draft review for their campaign, this is where you’ll submit your content drafts for review, feedback, and approval:
The required deliverables will be listed, but you can also submit additional content outside of a specific deliverable (for example, if you create an additional piece of content to support or promote the main deliverable).
When submitting drafts, you’ll upload your content and caption and will also have the opportunity to add notes to provide extra information or context to the brand. For more details, see Submit Campaign Drafts for Review.
Live Deliverables
This section displays live posts for this campaign that are being tracked automatically, as well as content you’ve self-reported:
Once you’ve posted content for the campaign, it should appear here if the posting guidelines were followed and it’s a supported post type. This tracking process, called content binding, allows Later to track the performance of some types of posts on your behalf so you don’t have to manually self-report your content. For more details, see Publish & Track Campaign Content.
This section is also where you’ll manually self-report your content, if needed. You’ll need to self-report if:
- Your content isn’t binding (for example, due to a misspelled hashtag or network outage),
- The post type doesn’t support automatic tracking, or
- The brand requests it
For more details, see Self-Report Campaign Content Manually.
Incentive Type and Payment Details
This section contains more details about the incentives provided for this campaign, and how you’ll be paid by the brand.
To receive cash payments, you’ll need to connect Stripe. You can view your Stripe connection status from this section—if it says You’re ready to receive payments, you’re good to go! You can also select Open Stripe to log in to your Stripe Express dashboard and see more details about pending transactions:
Social Profiles
These are the social profiles connected to your Later account. Brands can see these to view your recent posts:
You can also connect your Mavely account from this section, which is required for affiliate campaigns in order to receive your affiliate links. If you’ve already connected your Mavely account for another campaign or through Link in Bio, you’ll be able to select it from the dropdown, or connect a new one:
Creator Profile
Your creator profile is used for applying to and managing campaigns, and includes information like your demographics, social profiles, and location (only your city and country will be displayed before being accepted into a campaign). Select Edit to view or change the information contained in your profile. For more details, see Your Creator Profile.
