How Does Purchasing Add-ons Work?
Growth and Scale plans can include additional users, Social Sets, and credits as paid add-ons, which let you increase your plan limits without changing to a different plan.
Each plan includes a set number of users and Social Sets. You can add more at any time, but you can’t reduce your account below your plan’s included amount. To check what’s included in each plan, see Choose a Later Social Plan.
For example, the Scale plan includes 6 Social Sets and 4 users. If you add 3 extra Social Sets, bringing your total to 9, you can remove those 3 additional Social Sets later. However, you can’t reduce your Scale plan below its included amount of 6 Social Sets.
When you add a plan add-on, the cost is prorated. This means you’re charged only for the time remaining in your current billing cycle, and the full add-on cost applies in future billing cycles.
Removing a Social Set or user from your Later account does not automatically reduce your monthly fee. To stop paying for an add-on, you’ll need to remove it from your plan in Settings > Manage Subscription. You’ll keep access to the add-on until the end of your current billing cycle, and it won’t renew in future billing cycles. No refunds are issued for unused time.
To reduce users or Social Sets below your plan’s included amount, you’ll need to downgrade your plan.
