Important:
- Multi-Photo posts are only available on current paid plans
- Auto Publish for Instagram Multi-Photo (carousel) posts is only available on current paid plans
- Multi-Photo posts for Facebook and Twitter are always auto published
- Later does not support Multi-Photo scheduling for TikTok, Pinterest, or LinkedIn profiles
- Posts can be scheduled from Later on the web or the Later mobile app
- Due to limitations set by Instagram, only business and creator profiles can Auto Publish Multi-Photo (carousel) posts
- Instagram personal profiles can publish Multi-Photo (carousel) posts using notification publishing
What you can include in a single post:
- Instagram: up to 10 photos and videos
- Twitter: up to 4 photos, or 1 GIF, or 1 video
- Facebook: up to 10 photos, or 1 GIF, or 1 video
Scheduling from the Web
- In Later on the web, choose the profile(s) you want to schedule for
- In your Side Library, click the checkmark on the media items for your post
- Drag the media items to your Calendar to open the Post Builder
- Add a caption for your post
- Adjust the scheduled date and time if needed

Optional Edits:
- Click Edit Image or Edit Video under individual media to edit it
- Click Change Media to change the media order or add/remove media
- For Instagram posts add a Linkin.bio link and select your publishing method
- For Auto Publish Instagram posts, add a First Comment, Location, or Tag People and select your publishing method

Click Schedule Post
- Alternatively, click the down arrow next to the Schedule Post button > Save as Draft to save your post as a draft and come back to it later
Scheduling on iOS

From the Schedule tab, click the create-post button in the bottom right
Tip: You can also start a post by long-pressing any open time slot in the Calendar view -
Select the profile(s) you want to schedule to
- Tap + to open your Media Library
- Tap multiple items in your Media Library to select them for your Multi-Photo post, or tap Upload to upload a new media item from your device
Note: Videos will be grayed out if the social profile doesn’t support video scheduling -
Add your caption and hashtags
- You can add a Saved Caption by clicking the Saved Captions icon

Optional edits:
- Tap a photo to crop it (not available for video)
- Tap x to remove media
- Tap, hold, and drag media to rearrange your post
- For Auto Publish Instagram posts, add a First Comment, Location, or Tag People

For Instagram posts you can add a Linkin.bio link
- Tap Change next to where it says No Time Selected
- Select a date and time for publishing, or tap Now under Select a Time to publish now
- Tap Save
- Tap Schedule Post
- Alternatively, tap Save as Draft to save your post as a draft and come back to it later
Scheduling on Android
- From the Schedule tab, click the create-post button in the bottom right

Select the profile you want to schedule to
- If you're scheduling to Instagram, ensure Feed Post is selected under your profile

Tap + to open your Media Library
Note: Videos will be grayed out if the social profile doesn’t support video scheduling - Select the first media item for your Multi-Photo post, then tap + again for each media item you want to select, in the order you want them to appear
- Alternatively, tap Upload to upload a new media item from your device

Add your caption and hashtags

How Are Multi-Photo Posts Published?
Your Tweets and Facebook posts will go live at their scheduled time. Nothing further needed from you.
