Run into a roadblock? Having a technical issue? Got questions about your plan? Later offers several easy ways to get answers to your burning questions. Here we’ll outline how to get help for any questions or issues you come up against.
Support Levels Based on Plan
The level of support you have access to depends on your Later plan. While all plans include the 24/7 convenience of articles in the Later Help Center, only paid plans include human customer service after the first 30 days. Here’s a breakdown of support that’s offered based on your current plan.
The Later Help Center
Available on all plans
All Later users have 24/7 access to the Later Help Center. Here you’ll find articles on all things Later, including feature guides, troubleshooting, and frequently asked questions. The Help Center can be found right here, at help.later.com.
The Later Chatbot
Available on all plans
Built to answer FAQs and guide you through common tasks in Later, our chatbot is a skilled guide and troubleshooter!
Open Chatbot in the bottom right corner of Later on the web.
Ask Chatbot any question you have! The bot has been trained to help with a wide array of questions and issues. If the bot doesn’t have the answer, it can guide you to help articles that may help, or assist you in getting further support.
Getting Human Support in Chatbot
Paid plan users can open support tickets within the Later Chatbot.
Advanced plan users can be handed over to a live agent during chat hours (8am-6pm EST Monday to Friday) if one is available.
How to get Human Support:
- Open the Chatbot in Later on the web (in the bottom-right corner)
- Asking your question, the bot may be able to help
Once the bot has attempted to help, you’ll have the option to contact support if needed.
When your message is received, we'll send a confirmation to your email, including a transcript of the conversation.
