All Later users have 24/7 access to the Later Help Center. Here you’ll find articles on all things Later, including feature guides, troubleshooting, and frequently asked questions. The Help Center can be found right here, at help.later.com.
The Later Chatbot
Built to answer FAQs and guide you through common tasks in Later, our chatbot is a skilled guide and troubleshooter!
Open Chatbot in the bottom right corner of Later for desktop.
Ask Chatbot any question you have! The bot has been trained to help with a wide array of questions and issues. If the bot doesn’t have the answer, it can guide you to help articles that may help, or assist you in getting further support.
Getting Human Support in Chatbot
You can create tickets through the Later Chatbot as follows:
- Through Later for desktop, select the Chatbot icon from the bottom-right corner
- Start by asking your question, and the bot may be able to help
- Once the bot has attempted to help, you’ll have the option to contact our support team if needed
When your message is received, we'll send a confirmation to your email, including a transcript of the conversation.
