With Later’s Facebook Analytics, you can monitor your Facebook Page’s performance, identify trends, measure growth over time, and discover which posts are driving the most engagement.
Important:
- Facebook Analytics are available for users on current paid plans
- Facebook Analytics are only available through app.later.com on desktop (not available on mobile)
- Current paid plan users can view up to 3 months of Facebook Analytics data
- Due to Facebook API limitations, you need 100 likes on your Facebook Page to view analytics
- If likes aren't available for your Page, you’ll need 100 followers instead
- Due to Facebook restrictions, data may be delayed by 24–48 hours
- It could also take this long for analytics to initially appear after adding your Facebook Page to Later
- Facebook Groups and personal profiles aren’t supported for Facebook Analytics
Accessing Facebook Analytics
From the side menu, select Analytics. Then, select your Facebook Page from the dropdown menu at the top of the page:
Overview
The Overview tab is where you’ll initially land when accessing Facebook Analytics. It contains data about your Facebook Page's overall performance for the last 3 months (90 days).
Page Summary
Get a quick overview of your engagement, impressions, reach, page likes, page views, and reactions for the last 3 months (see details about each of these metrics below).
The date range for the Page Summary section can’t be customized.
Page Growth & Discovery
See graphs of your page likes, impressions, reach, and page views, and how they have changed over time.

Impressions | Number of times any content from or about your Page entered a person’s screen |
Reach | Number of people who have had any content from or about your page enter their screen |
Page Views | Total number of times your Page has been viewed by people logged in or out of Facebook |
Using the date picker, you can customize the date range for which to view Page Growth & Discovery data.
Page Interactions
See the number of reactions to posts on your page, as well as overall engagement, and how they have changed over time.

Using the date picker, you can customize the date range for which to view Page Interaction data.
Audience
On the Audience tab, you’ll see data about your Facebook Page’s fans. Your Page fans are people who have liked or followed your page.
Location and Language
See where your fans live and the language they speak, as well as the top 5 countries, cities, and languages.
Post Performance
On the Post Performance tab, you’ll see detailed analytics for each of the posts on your Facebook Page (excluding Reels).
Highlights
Under Highlights, you can select 3 metrics to highlight, aggregated across all posts for the date range selected. Select Customize Metrics next to the date picker to change which metrics are displayed here:
If you're on an Enterprise plan, you can also customize the Engagement Rate formula (which metric is used as the denominator) and which metrics are included in Engagements. These can be customized from the Customize Metrics modal if you select those engagement metrics to display.
Detailed Post Performance
Detailed Post Performance contains a table with several metrics about each of the individual posts on your Page for the selected date range. These metrics include:

Impressions | Total number of times the post was seen |
Reach | Number of unique accounts that saw the post |
Clicks | Total number of clicks on the post |
Likes | Number of likes the post received |
Shares | Number of times the post was shared |
Comments | Number of comments the post received |
Using the date picker, you can customize the date range for which to view your Detailed Post Performance.
The table can be sorted by each of these columns’ values by selecting the arrow button next to the column heading.
Each table cell is shaded to indicate its relative performance, with darker hues being associated with better performance:
Select Export CSV to export a CSV file containing the data displayed in your current table configuration and date filters.
