There are two ways to sign up for a Later subscription: through Later for desktop or through Later’s iOS app as an in-app purchase. In-app iOS purchases are handled exclusively by Apple, and are subject to Apple’s refund policy. Later’s refund policy is detailed below.
Note: Each Later paid plan is set to renew automatically at the end of its billing cycle (or at the end of your free trial) unless you cancel it. For details on how to cancel your plan, see Cancel Your Later Plan.
Refund Policy for Later Plans
Later plans are non-refundable.
Tip: Later offers a 14-day free trial period on its paid plans (excluding Enterprise plans). If Later isn’t the right fit for you, cancel your trial before it ends to avoid being charged. For more details, see How do I cancel my trial?
Exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to early termination fees. Please contact our Support team for more details.
Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade your paid Later plan to a lower-priced paid plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Note: Downgrading your paid Later plan to a free plan counts as a cancellation.
