You can monetize your Link in Bio page with affiliate links powered by Mavely. Connect a Mavely account to select existing affiliate links, or create new eligible affiliate links directly in Link in Bio on a paid plan.

About the Mavely Connection

Mavely connects to Later on a one-to-one basis. Each Mavely connection has one owner and is matched to one social identity in Later. This helps ensure affiliate activity, commissions, and creator data are attributed to the right social profile.

If you use more than one Mavely account, each account must be connected to its own Social Set and Link in Bio page.

Before You Start

• You need a Mavely account to use Mavely affiliate links in Link in Bio. 
• Connecting Mavely and selecting existing affiliate links are available on all Later plans, including Free.
• Creating new affiliate links in Link in Bio is available on current paid plans.
• If you have more than one Mavely account connected to Later, reconnect the account you want to keep for each Link in Bio page before the deadline in the email we sent you. Your existing links will continue to work, but Later won't collect new Mavely performance data until you reconnect.

Connect or Reconnect Mavely to Link in Bio

Connect the Mavely account that belongs to the Social Set and Link in Bio page you are managing.

1. In Later on desktop, select Link in Bio from the left side menu
2. Select Settings
3. Next to Affiliate Links select Connect to Mavely or Reconnect to Mavely
   
4. In the Mavely pop-up, sign in to the Mavely account you want to use with this Link in Bio page, or create a new account
5. Select Accept to allow Link in Bio access to your Mavely account

You'll return to Link in Bio, where you can select eligible affiliate links from the connected Mavely account.

If the Mavely pop-up does not appear, allow pop-ups in your browser and try again. If the issue continues, disable browser extensions or use an Incognito or private browsing window.

Use Multiple Mavely Accounts

Your next steps depend on how you use Later:

One Social Set or Link in Bio Page

If you have one Social Set or Link in Bio page, choose the one Mavely account you want to use with it. Follow the reconnection steps above and sign in to that account.

Multiple Social Sets or Link in Bio Pages

If you use multiple Mavely accounts, assign each account to a separate Social Set and its corresponding Link in Bio page.

1. Open the Link in Bio page for the Social Set you want to manage
2. Select Settings
3. Select Reconnect Mavely
4. Sign in to the Mavely account that belongs to that Social Set

Repeat these steps for each remaining Social Set and Link in Bio page

Add Existing Affiliate Links

Once Mavely is connected, you can select affiliate links from that Mavely account for a Multi-Item Banner or Featured Media block.

1. From the Link in Bio management page, select Blocks
2. Next to Multi-Item Banner or Featured Media, select Add or Edit
3. Add an item to your Multi-Item Banner, or select Custom Media for Featured Media
4. From the banner, select Select Affiliate Link
5. Select an affiliate link, or select a Mavely folder from the left sidebar
   • Optional: Update the image, name, or details
6. Select Save Item or Save Changes

You can search your affiliate links using a single word. Link details are filled in from Mavely, and you can edit or clear them before saving.

Create New Affiliate Links

On a current paid plan, you can create an affiliate link for a supported Mavely brand directly in Link in Bio.

1. From the Link in Bio management page, select Blocks
2. Next to Multi-Item Banner or Featured Media, select Add or Edit
3. Add an item to your Multi-Item Banner, or select Custom Media for Featured Media
4. In the Link section, paste the product URL
5. Select Convert Link
   • Optional: Update the image, name, or details
6. Select Save Item or Save Changes

The Convert Link option appears only when the product's brand is in Mavely's network. It may take a few moments to appear after you enter the URL.

Disconnect Mavely from Link in Bio

Disconnecting Mavely does not break existing affiliate links, but you cannot add new Mavely affiliate links or collect new Mavely performance data until you reconnect.

2. Select Settings
3. Select Disconnect Mavely
