On June 10, 2023, we're removing our Shopify connection feature from Linkin.bio. This means you’ll no longer be able to connect your Shopify store or tag products directly from Shopify.

What will happen to the Shopify products I already have tagged?

Any Linkin.bio posts tagged with Shopify products will be updated with a single link to your Shopify store so your customers can complete their purchase. If a Linkin.bio post also contains an external link, that link will still be included in the post.

Why are we removing this feature?

Since social media platforms started allowing people to buy and sell things directly on their platforms, we’ve seen a decline in the use of our Shopify connection. So, instead of maintaining this connection, we’re focusing on new features that will make the biggest impact to our valued customers.

What alternative features can I use?

You can still add up to 5 links to each Instagram post (including Reels) on your Linkin.bio page. One or more of these can be used to link directly to product(s) on your Shopify store or other platform. Learn more
