Access Groups each have their own Media Library. You can move media items between Access Groups so you don’t have to upload them again. Here’s how:
- Go to the Access Group that contains the media you want to move.
- Go to Media Library.
- Select the media items you want to move.
- Click the Move button and select the Access Group you’d like to move the media to and confirm.
Important: All labels from a media item will be removed when you move it to another Access Group.
Note: Any posts created with that media item will stay in the original Access Group. Posts can’t be moved between Access Groups.
