Why Is My Account Locked?
If an attempt to log into Later fails multiple times due to an incorrect password, your account owner or user login will be locked. This lock will last for 24 hours, or until it’s unlocked manually using a link in the email we send. During the lock period you won’t be able to:
- Login to your Later account
- Reset your password
How Do I Unlock My Account Now?
When an account is locked, Later will send you an email. This email contains a link that will unlock the account so you can log in again right away.
If the account is not unlocked using the email, it will unlock automatically after 24 hours.
Once the account is unlocked, we suggest resetting your password, as further failed login attempts will lead to the account being locked again.
Didn't get your unlock account email?
If you haven't received your unlock account email, the troubleshooting tips below may help:
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Your unlock account email will be coming from alerts@later.com. Ensure your email allows incoming messages from this address. Searching this address may help you find that email.
- If you're using an internal company email system, the email may be blocked before it reaches your inbox. Ask your system administrator to allow emails from alerts@later.com.
