Media Library on the Web

What is the media library?

Later’s media library makes it easy for you to upload, store and manage all your visual content in a single place. By adding labels to your media, you can organize your campaigns or photoshoots and make your content easily searchable and accessible to you and your team.

Media Library on the Web:

Go to Later on the web and click Media Library.

Your media items will appear in chronological order starting with the most recent uploads displaying at the top of the page.

Tip: If you’re on one of our paid plans, you can now create multiple groups to manage groups of social profiles. Groups help you manage access to your photos, videos and social profiles within Later. With groups you can have multiple media libraries so you never have to share your photos and videos with all your Instagram accounts and team members.

Searching Media with Labels:

From the media library you can manage the content all from one place. You can search media by labels to find specific campaigns or photoshoots.

To Search:

  1. At the top of the media library page type in the labels in the search bar

   2. Watch your media begin to filter. Search results will only show media that contains all the labels searched

You can also manage your media by deleting multiple media items at once. If you have media you no longer need, simply select the check mark on the media items and click Delete. This will help you keep your media library organized and up-to-date.
